Les Oliviers Apartment is completely independent from our villa with its own separate entrance and garden area. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, separate wc and a living / dining room with kitchen area. The living area has a comfortable sofa for two and 2 additional cane chairs There is a stereo system with CD and cassette players as well as a pre-tuned radio.

There is TV with BBC and ITV channels by satellite in addition to French channels. There are video and DVD players – a range of English language DVDs and video cassettes are available on free loan. The apartment is equipped with Wi-fi internet access and a laptop computer has been provided for our guests’ convenience. Use of a free telephone to call throughout Europe, North and South America, Australia and many other countries besides is available on request. The apartment has air-conditioning for summer use and is electrically heated with a log burner for cosy winter evenings. There is a dining table with chairs for up to 4 people. Additional chairs and a high chair are available.

The kitchen area is very well equipped with built in electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. There is an electric kettle, toaster and juicer and a range of white porcelain and glassware. There is shared use of washing machine, tumble dryer (situated in the utility room under the villa) and washing line.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. There is an en-suite shower room. The separate wc with wash handbasin is accessed from the living area.

An additional self contained suite comprising double bedroom (with view over to the pool), shower room and separate wc with wash handbasin is available at a supplement should two couples wish to holiday together. This bedroom has bedside chests with lamps, large chest of drawers and hanging space. A hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities is provided.

A cot and baby equipment is available on request.

Externally the apartment has a private terrace and garden area (not overlooked by the villa) with both charcoal and electric barbecues and garden furniture (table and parasol, chairs and sun-loungers). Herbs have been planted in the garden for the use of our guests. The apartment’s secluded garden looks out over our neighbour’s vineyard and olive groves. Bicycles and, for the comfort of our guests on days out, picnic table and chairs have been provided.
