In order to help our guests to take advantage of cheap mid-week flights from the UK we are happy to accept mid-week changeovers. Stays must be for a minimum of one week in high season (May - October). Additional days will be charged pro-rata. The apartment will be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure in order to allow for cleaning and inventory checking.

Note on prices

Should 2 couples wish to holiday together we have an additional, totally independent en-suite bedroom with separate wc with wash handbasin available at a supplement. Please note that this bedroom is not available to rent separately from the apartment nor is it suitable for children as it is completely separate from the apartment. Discounts are available for long winter lets - please contact us for details.

1. Weekly rates throughout the year include substantial welcome pack, linen and towels (including pool towels) and all water, electricity (air conditioning in the summer and electric heating in the winter) and gas. One basket of logs will be supplied to guests during the winter - additional logs may be purchased from us at cost price. There will be no further charges.

2. Whenever possible arrivals and departures may be on any day of the week allowing guests to take advantage of cheap mid-week flights

3. Guests may arrive after 16H00 and should leave before 10H00.

4. Long lets (4 or more weeks) during the winter are available at a discounted price by negotiation - long lets will be responsible for changing the gas cylinder (for gas hob only) when necessary and for purchasing logs if desired.

5. Weekend lets are possible during the low season according to availability.

6. A 33% deposit is required in order to confirm booking and the balance plus a returnable damage/cleaning deposit of £100 / 150€ is payable 8 weeks before the holiday begins.
