In order to help our guests to take advantage of cheap mid-week flights from the UK we are happy to accept mid-week changeovers. Stays must be for a minimum of one week in high season (May - October). Additional days will be charged pro-rata. The apartment will be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure in order to allow for cleaning and inventory checking.

1. Weekly rates throughout the year include welcome pack, linen and towels and all water, electricity and electric heating. One basket of logs will be supplied to guests during the winter - additional logs must be purchased. There will be no further charges.

2. Long lets (3 or more weeks) during the winter are available by negotiation - long lets will be responsible for changing the gas cylinder (for gas hob only) when necessary and for purchasing logs if desired.

3. Weekend lets are possible according to availability.

4. A returnable damage/cleaning deposit of £100 / 150€ is payable in advance of the commencement of the holiday.
